Resting Meditation

In this ten minute meditation, we will journey down into the felt sense of our bodies, exploring the connection between the back of our bodies and the ground underneath us. The more we can experience the felt sense of the ground that is supporting the weight of our bodies, the more it can feel safe for our bodies to rest and to let go of tension and holding patterns.

Clearing an Inner Space

Grounding Practice

In this six minute somatic practice, we will explore the felt sense of our somatic boundary, the space within and around our bodies. Often in times of stress, this space can feel invaded and the boundaries between ourselves and what is happening around us can feel blurred. In somatically “marking out” our boundaries, this practice supports a felt sense of space within and around us.

Anchoring Awareness in our Breath

Grounding Meditation

In this six minute meditation, we will anchor our awareness in our breath, exploring how the breath can become an important somatic resource in supporting us in regulating our nervous system and finding ease within our bodies.
