“Learn your theories as well as you can, but put them aside when you touch the miracle of the living soul.”
— Carl Jung
I offer supervision to psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors, as well as to those working within the healing arts such as yoga teachers, body-workers, meditation teachers and healers.
Drawing on fourteen years of practice as a counselling psychologist and somatic psychotherapist, my approach to supervision is integrative — weaving together depth psychology, somatic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems and emotion-focused therapy. It is shaped by my love for the journey of the soul and how we can draw on creative approaches for healing and growth such as imagery, dream work, mythology and movement.
I offer a warm and heartfelt space to feel supported in the work you are offering others. Together we make sense of the work you bring — the patterns at play, what may be moving beneath the surface, and how your client's inner world is unfolding. We also attend to your own experience of the work: what it stirs in you, what arises in your body as you sit with clients, and what you need to stay resourced within it — drawing on somatic practices and self-care suggestions to help you remain grounded and at ease in your work.
These sessions take place online.
Please know I'm not currently taking on new supervisees. If you'd like to hear about upcoming offerings and when I'm next taking bookings, you're welcome to sign up for my newsletter.
